Elline Sineus has worked continuously for me since 2012 on a number of projects. I would recommend him highly for any construction projects. He is resourceful, diligent, hard-working, trustworthy and honest. He finds solutions, gets things done. He communicates well, is always ready to learn new things and listens to his client. He works to a high standard. He has a loyal team of workers which allow him to take on large projects. He is well-organised and knows where to source what materials. In my case, not always present on the island, he can be relied upon to keep pace, continue works and communicate frequently and in detail in order to keep his client abreast of developments and avoid any misunderstandings. He sends photos regularly and can video-call to inform and discuss the various stages or issues at hand during the various phases of a construction project.
Elline has worked on very different projects, ranging from relatively small maintenance to the construction of a very large and elaborate house. He has done several renovation projects for me, installed bermuda roofs on all the buildings, constructed a spectacular pool, erected a solar farm and has undertaken countless other tasks. He is well-regarded on the island and is effective in getting cooperation from local authorities (planning, customs, electricity etc).
In addition to all his qualities, and perhaps above everything else, Elline is a great and kind person and it is a real pleasure to work with him.
